1 | INTRODUCTION
- Initial Design Consultation – Phone call to review general project scope & schedule site visit
- Site Visit - Full walkthrough, Take measurements & photos, Conceptual design review
2 | PLANNING
- Design Development - Inspiration & ideas for the project
- Layouts, Elevations & Space Planning - Drawings for furnishings placement and design elements (such as built-ins, art placement, tile layouts, etc.)
3 | SELECTIONS
- Fixture, Finish & Furnishing Selections - Options to be presented to the Client
- Procurement - Purchasing of selected and approved fixtures & furnishings
4 | PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Order Management - Track progress of orders, Coordinate with contractors, Regular updates to be sent to the Client
- Receiving - Items order through A&B will be inspected upon being received at our warehouse & stored there until the time of delivery
6 | INSTALLATION
- Delivery, Installation & Styling - White glove delivery service of all warehoused products, Placement of furnishings, Finishing touches like accessories, pillows, art, etc.
FULL SERVICE LIGHTING DESIGN
1 | INTRODUCTION
- Initial Design Consultation – A phone call, email, or visit to our showroom to review the general project scope with one our designers
- Site Visit - If the client would like, a walkthrough with the designer can be scheduled to see the space(s) in person as well as take photos & measurements for an additional fee
2 | PLANNING & SELECTIONS
- Deliverables - Options for the specified area(s) to be provided by the Designer for the Client
3 | ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Order Management - Track progress of orders
- Receiving - Items order through A&B will be inspected upon being received at our warehouse
- Pickup - Once all items have been received in our warehouse in good condition, the client is notified that their order is ready for pickup.
- Delivery - If the client would like, A&B offers local delivery service for an additional fee
CONSULTATIONS, STAGING & STYLING

- Site Visit - Walkthrough of the specified area(s), Take measurements & photos, Conceptual design review
2 | PLANNING & SELECTIONS
- Deliverables - Inspiration, layouts, and furnishings for the specified area(s) to be provided by the Designer for the Client
3 | PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION
- Purchasing - Shoppable list to be provided by the Designer for the Client to complete purchasing of all fixtures and furnishings
- Receiving & Installation - Products will ship directly to the Client at the Project location. Products can be opened and installed by the Client if the Designer is not providing Styling services
4 | OPTIONAL SERVICES
- Procurement - If the Client would prefer, the Designer can manage the orders to be shipped directly to them and bill the Client for time spent on this Service.
- Styling - If the Client would like, they can schedule the Designer for a Styling Day once all products have been received for an additional fee.
